We have recently deactivated a number of inactive trading accounts as part of a data clean-up exercise.
If you suddenly find that you have lost access to client access, it may be because your account was deactivated. Client access requires at least one active trading account to be linked to the user. If you believe that your account was incorrectly deactivated , please contact your advisor directly, as website support cannot help with this matter.
